Our property is in a splendid area, set in lovely surroundings of 19,000m2 with many plants and fruit trees, such as mango, caju, coconut, lemon etc. It is a detached house with swimming pool and decked barbeque area. Each bedroom has its own en-suite toilet/shower. There is also a carport for 4 cars, a large working space of approximately 125m2 (which could possibly be used to build 2 large extra spare rooms). There is also a small, separate house which is used for service accommodation. There are 2 water sources for the supply of its own domestic water and a windmill to provide wind power.
