Our commitment to our advertisers is to market the website as widely as we possibly can, via eye-catching advertisements in naturist publications in the U.K. and internationally to inform fellow naturists of its existence and encourage them to contact you directly for any further details and booking enquiries. We shall also be registered on major search engines to enable random international browsers to easily and quickly find our site via the inclusion of key words to achieve a high position in the site listings.
For a very affordable fee (see 'Cost of Advertising' below), you have the opportunity to market your property, with full description and up to 6 photographs to an international audience, to include official naturist publications in many European countries (France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Scandinavia, etc.) as well as U.S.A., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The charge per single rental property listed, to include 6 photos and as much (within reason) text/description as you wish to provide is £80.00 per year of subscription.
The fee for a property for sale is £80, to remain until such time as the property is sold or taken off the market.
There will be an additional £5 handling/administration fee for clients who would like us to manually upload their property details on thier behalf. This would entail posting or e-mailing text to us at admin@naturistproperty.com and we will upload the data.
In order to keep our operating costs and therefore our charges to you, the client, as low as possible, we are not, initially at least, going to contract the service of credit card companies as a means of payment. Instead, we request that you use either of the two following methods of payment:
Either: A cheque in pounds sterling made payable to 'N. Property Direct' and posted to the Company's Head Office at:

Or: A direct bank (electronic) transfer to the company bank account, details of which will appear on the e-mailed invoice.
For clients who live abroad, payment must be made by electronic bank transfer to reach the company's account in pounds sterling. If a payment is made to our bank account in any other currency, the extra bank charges incurred will have to be passed to the client.
No payment need be sent until your advertisement appears on the website, at which point we will advise you (by e-mail) that it is ready for your inspection and approval. Within the same e-mail you will receive an invoice for the amount due, following which you have a maximum period of SEVEN DAYS in which to forward payment to us by either of the methods outlined above.
If we do not receive your payment within this seven day period, your advertisement will be removed from the website and held in reserve until payment is made or until we receive your instructions, should you wish to postpone or cancel your subscription.
For owners of Rental Properties, one month before the end of your agreed subscription period, we shall send you a renewal reminder by e-mail, together with the date by which the fee for the next 12 month period must be paid, should you wish to continue advertising on our website. Please ensure, for ease of communication, that you notify us of any changes to your e-mail address or telephone numbers so that your property details are kept up to date for our and your clients' sake.
A 25% discount is available on second and subsequent properties.
Photos should be sent to us by any of the following methods:
- By uploading digital images directly from your computer onto our website.
- By e-mail (as a jpeg attachment).
Prior to submitting any advertisement, you must first register your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address with us. You will be able to choose a username and password and this will be confirmed by e-mail. Once registered, you will be able to access your personal area at any time for submitting new properties and updating your advertisement or availability calendar.
